Sujata M. Rodgers was appointed as a temporary immigration judge to begin hearing cases in October 2025. Judge Rodgers earned a Bachelor of Science in 2001 from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate in 2004 from American University, Washington College of Law. From 2016 to 2025, she served as an administrative law judge for the Social Security Administration. From 2009 to 2015, she served as an assistant regional counsel and supervisory attorney for the Social Security Administration's Office of the General Counsel. From 2004 to 2009, she was on active duty for the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. Judge Rodgers is a member of the Maryland State Bar.

Education: Judge Rodgers earned a Bachelor of Science in 2001 from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate in 2004 from American University, Washington College of Law.

Bar admission: Judge Rodgers is a member of the Maryland State Bar.
