Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor in 1996 from St. John's University School of Law. From November 2018 to May 202 6, he owned and operated a consulting business. From March 2001 to October 2018, he was an associate and then of counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter LLP in Morristown, New Jersey. From May 19 98 to May 2000, he was an associate at Polsinelli, White, V ardeman & Shalton P C in Overland Park, Kansas. From January 1997 to January 1 998, he was an associate with Farrell, Fritz PC in Uniondale, New York. From A ugust 19 91 to July 1993, he worked on Wall S treet for the legal department at Prudential Mutual Fund Management. Judge Moskow is a member of the New York State Bar.
