Rhonda M. Tucker was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in May 2026. Judge Tucker earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1998 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from the University of Arkansas School of Law. From January 2005 to April 2026, she served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the 11W Judicial District of Arkansas. From December 2001 to December 2004, she was an associate attorney at the Dickerson Law Firm in El Dorado and Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Judge Tucker is a member of the Arkansas Bar.

Education: Judge Tucker earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1998 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Bar admission: Judge Tucker is a member of the Arkansas Bar.
