Meredith Duff was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in May 2026. Judge Duff earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from Eastern Kentucky University, a Master of Business Administration in 2017 from Liberty University, and a Juris Doctor in 2020 from Appalachian School of Law. From 2025 to 2026, she served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Nashville, Tennessee. From 2019 to 2025, she served as the executive director for MPD Enterprises LLC. From 2021 to 2025, she served as an attorney with the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission. From 2002 to 2019, she worked in the private insurance industry. Judge Duff is a member of the Kentucky State Bar.

Education: Judge Duff earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 from Eastern Kentucky University, a Master of Business Administration in 2017 from Liberty University, and a Juris Doctor in 2020 from Appalachian School of Law.
