Megan H. Eyes was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in May 2026. Judge Eyes earned a Bachelor of Science in 2006 from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2013 from Stetson University College of Law. From August 2023 to April 2026, she served as an attorney advisor with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Justice. From August 2017 to August 2023, she served as an assistant U.S. attorney with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas, in Brownsville and McAllen, Texas. From October 2013 to July 2017, she served as an assistant state attorney for the Office of the State Attorney, Fifth Judicial Circuit, in Lake County, Florida. Judge Eyes is a member of the Florida Bar.

Education: Judge Eyes earned a Bachelor of Science in 2006 from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2013 from Stetson University College of Law.

Bar admission: Judge Eyes is a member of the Florida Bar.
