Official biography

Kevin Terrill was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in November 2023. Judge Terrill earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from the St. Mary's University School of Law. From 2018 to 2023, he served as an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in San Antonio. From 2007 to 2018, he served as an assistant district attorney at the Bexar County District Attorney's Office in San Antonio. Judge Terrill is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Education: Judge Terrill earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from the St.

Bar admission: Judge Terrill is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
