Kevin E. Stanley was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in October 2022. Judge Stanley earned a Bachelor of Science in 1998 from the Univers ity of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from the Florida State University College of Law. From 2018 to 2022, he served as a deputy chief counsel, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), U.S. Immigration and Custom s Enforcem ent (ICE), Department of Homeland S ecurity, in Orlando, Florida. From 2008 to 2018 he served as an assistant chief counsel, OPLA, ICE in Orl ando. From 2001 to 2008, he served as an assistant s tate' s a ttorney with the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando. Judge Stanley is a member of the Florida Bar.

Education: Judge Stanley earned a Bachelor of Science in 1998 from the Univers ity of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor in 2001 from the Florida State University College of Law.

Bar admission: Judge Stanley is a member of the Florida Bar.
