From 2017 to 2021, he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. From 2010 to 2016, he served as an Assist ant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney's Office, in New York. Judge Wells is a member of the New York State Bar.
