From 2007 to 2008, she was an associate attorney at Baker & Hostetler. From 2002 to 2006, she was an attorney advisor at the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. In 2001, she was an associate attorney at Morgan Lewis. From 1998 to 2000, she was an associate attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop in Washington, D.C. In 1998, she served as law clerk at the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of Maryland. Judge Corkery is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland State Bar, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Patent Bar, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
