Judge Daw earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1985 from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor in 1988 from Georgetown University Law Center. From 2020 to 2023, Judge Daw worked parttime in various positions in the private sector, including a bilingual immigration case manager for C atholic Community Services of W estern Washington in Seattle, a patient services representative in a family
