Adam R. Morris was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in June 2026. Judge Morris earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2013 from Wabash College and a Juris Doctorate in 2018 from Willamette University College of Law. From April 2022 to May 2026, he was an assistant chief counsel with the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Phoenix. From February 2021 to December 2021, he was a solo practitioner at Morris Immigration Law PLLC. From April 2019 to September 2020, he was an immigration services officer with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, DHS, in San Jose, California. Judge Morris is a member of the Oregon State Bar.

Education: Judge Morris earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2013 from Wabash College and a Juris Doctorate in 2018 from Willamette University College of Law.
