Kenneth Flesch

Kenneth Flesch was appointed as an immigration judge to begin hearing cases in May 2026. Judge Flesch earned a Bachelor of Science in 1984 from Northeastern Illinois University, a Master of Business Administration in 1988 from Loyola University, and a Juris Doctor in 2017 from the IIT Chicago- Kent College of Law. From May May 2018 to April 2026, he served as an assistant state's attorney at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Cook County Illinois, most recently with the Felony Trial Division, and also served with the Grand Jury and Preliminary Hearings Division, the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Division, and the Felony Appeals Division. From 1988 to August 2015, he was a small business owner. Judge Flesch is a member of the Illinois State Bar.
